Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon accessing the website. ZERO HEALTHCARE reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or restrict your use of the website, without notice, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or any third party. In addition, these terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ZERO HEALTHCARE without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyright, Trademarks, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Delivery may take within 10 to 14 business days within West Malaysia and East Malaysia after we accept the order (either by deposits or full payment), but subject to the stock availability, delivery location and size of the product.
Once we receive the confirmed order from our sales advisors, we will inform customers about the order received via WhatsApp on the next business day after the sales order is received. Our logistics department will contact each customer by phone call to confirm the date of delivery before we deliver.
All deliveries must be signed upon receipt of the product. All customers are responsible to check the product after the delivery and make sure the products are in good condition.
It is necessary for all customers to provide a complete and valid shipping address where someone is available to receive and acknowledge the package.
Please be reminded that all confirmed deliveries are NOT ALLOWED to change on the day of delivery. If there is any case that leads to a second delivery arrangement, additional delivery costs are chargeable.
Product Warranty Summary
1. Warranty Terms and Special Conditions
- Defective products may be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts. Replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, general wear and tear, incorrect voltage, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs.
- Demo unit parts are not eligible for replacement with new components.
- Warranty Certificate or original Invoice must be presented with full customer details.
- If documentation is missing or warranty has expired, a service charge applies (excluding parts or accessories).
- Only broken or faulty parts are covered under warranty. Functional parts cannot be exchanged.
- The warranty period begins from the date stated o the invoice.
- On-site servicing is only available for massage chairs, massage sofas, treadmills, gym sets, V Trac, and exercise bikes.
2. Product Eligibility
- Only valid for products purchased through authorized Zero Healthcare official stores and dealers.
- Applies to products for domestic and personal use within Malaysia and Singapore.
- Warranty must include the manufacturer’s original and valid coverage.
3. Exclusions
- Cosmetic components, external accessories, parts expected to wear with time, and external wiring are not covered.
- Any issue arising from unauthorized modifications or failure to follow instructions is not covered.
- Damage caused by fire, accident, water, lightning, pests, corrosion, battery leakage, or power issues is excluded.
- Consequential damages and transportation costs are not covered.
4. Repairs
Within Warranty Period:
- Contact Zero Healthcare or an authorized repair center directly with your warranty document.
After Warranty Period:
- Call our Careline numbers in different regions during working hours to obtain service authorization.
- All repairs must be conducted by an authorized center. Charges will apply.
5. Warranty Extension Program
- Available from 1 July 2025 for new massage chair and treadmill purchases.
- RM500 for massage chairs, RM300 for treadmills, (1-year extension).
- Coverage mirrors the original warranty.
- Must be purchased together with the original product by a new customer.
6. Repair Timeline
- Standard repairs are completed within 14 working days.
- For out-of-stock parts, repairs may take up to 90 working days or more.
7. Singapore Delivery Policy
- RM150 transport fee applies to orders below RM2,000.
- Delivery to Singapore takes approximately 10 working days.
- Gym sets are not eligible for delivery to Singapore.
- Once an order is confirmed and deposit is paid, cancellations are not permitted. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Customer must provide full name as per passport for delivery arrangements.

For any payments made through our retails:
- Payment can be made using VISA and/or MASTERCARD credit cards.
- Payment through e-wallet at our retails is currently not available yet.
- All installment payment is subject to the type of credit card by the holding bank. If the credit card is not available to make installment on our retail terminals, please kindly call your bank and apply for the installment payment. All manual installment requests are subject to bank’s approval.

- Payment can be made using VISA and/or MASTERCARD credit cards.
- Other payment methods such as cheque, cash and ATM cards are not accepted.
- The billing information submitted must be the same as your credit card statement.
- Please note that your payment is processed by iPay88 Sdn. Bhd. Please review the policy of iPay88 Sdn. Bhd. before completing the payment.
- We may request you to send us a copy of your credit card (front and back) and your credit card statement (only the credit card number and the billing address of the issuer bank’s logo) for verification to prevent any fraudulent order.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order and/or suspend delivery of your goods should the information submitted by you is not in order or the above documentations are not valid.
- After the order is confirmed, all payments made are not refundable unless the delivered product has any malfunction. As such, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information.

A. Website
When you sign up as a member or use services provided through our website, we will process your personal data such as your name, email address, identity card number, contact information, billing information and demographic information such as gender and date of birth. It is mandatory for you to provide us with your name, identity card number, contact information and email address in order to sign up as a member and use our services.
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to sign up as a member;
- to process your order and order fulfilment;
- to provide you a more personalized experience on our website.
We may use standard postal representatives to collect or supplement your address information, in order to ensure that your order has been delivered. We do this because we want to ensure that you receive the order and reduce the costs associated with our procedures.
When you visit our website, we will automatically log your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and access time. We utilize this information to evaluate website performance, determine where visitors come from, and track clickstream data (screens where users visit our website). This data helps us to determine what the users are most interested in, so that we can maximize your enjoyment of our website. The log file is not tied to personally identifiable information.
Your demographic information (includes gender, date of birth, etc.) will be used for several security purposes to ensure that you are who you say you are, and to ensure that you are actually paying with your own credit card, not someone using a stolen credit card.
We may use session cookies combining with the log file to provide you a seamless experience on our website, at the same time understand our website traffic and analyse your demographic information in aggregate form. Cookies are information stored on your computer’s hard drive by your browser which identify you when you enter our website. The ability to select samples on our website is not driven by cookies. If you set your browser to reject cookies, our website
will not identify you when you enter and you need to manually type in your ID and password.We may also collect your personal data on social networking sites. When you interact with our social media (includes Facebook, Instagram and YouTube), we may collect your information for the purposes listed above.
B. Other purposes
In addition to the above purposes, we will generally process your personal data:

Disclosures
For all of the above purposes, your personal data will also be disclosed to individuals, service providers, organizations and any other selected parties (within or outside Malaysia) related to us.
We will also disclose your personal data to any other parties required by law or regulation or court order. If we are merged or acquired by another entity, your personal data may be transferred to that entity as part of the merger or acquisition.
We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time and without any prior notification. If you continue to be our member or use our services, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
- All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- A return and/or refund is only allowed to specific circumstances such as follows:
- Manufacturing defect and/or if the product is damaged during the delivery process.
- The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged by our technicians.
- The return and/or refund request for manufacturing defect and/or delivery damage must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
The return and/or refund procedures are as follows:
- Please send in your return and/or refund enquiry to 018-7709822 via WhatsApp.
- After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
- If the item is of defective issue, we will send our technician team for an inspection on-site and we shall rearrange a date to collect if it is proven to be defective by our technician and after the return/refund request is approved by management.
- To expedite the return and/or refund process, you are required to fill in the Return/Refund
Request Form at https://forms.gle/71fHhpKa3eHJ44Ar6 for management’s approval. - Upon approval, we shall arrange a date to collect the item from you.
- The refund will take 14 working days to process and the day shall be calculated from the day the returning item is collected.
- Zero Healthcare reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or unreasonable returns and/or refunds. All return and refund requests will be subject to approval.
